The cooking surface is made of authentic interchangeable Sorrento biscuit stone, providing even heat distribution and flawless baking. The sill is made of 2 cm thick lava stone, and the reinforced iron support frame is easily removable. Patented heating elements are embedded inside the dome and baking floor, guaranteeing uniform and consistent heat.
The front-mounted touch control panel allows intuitive and practical operation. The oven’s structure is insulated with three layers of high-density ceramic fiber, ensuring optimal thermal insulation and maximum energy efficiency.
The oven is shipped in a wooden crate, designed for handling with a forklift or pallet jack.
The external cladding is made of glazed ceramic mosaic, resistant to wear, heat, and humidity, with a thickness of approximately 5–6 mm and standard tile size of 2.5 × 2.5 cm. Available in a wide range of colors and glossy, matte, and special finishes, it maintains brightness and integrity over time. All materials are 100% Made in Italy, suitable for both residential and professional solutions.
